Squat machine
A safe squat machine, where the series can be pulled to the very end even with the last repetition, after which it would no longer be possible to rise.

The shoulder press and viking press are easy to do by standing against the equipment frame and simply choosing the width of the handles that suits you.
Standing calf muscles. Load the desired weights and shoulder the weights and stand up using only the calves.
Pause briefly at the top position and lower until the calf muscles stretch and repeat.
Squat on one leg. First do one longer series and without weight on an empty sled, after that start adding more weights.
Try one leg and two leg squats to see which leg height on the foot plate is best for you.
The device also comes with weight racks for storing weights on the sides.
