Universal bar 175 cm

A black bar that takes up less space and is lighter than a regular plate bar, but still has the same 50 mm "sleeves" for plate weights.

The shorter plate bar is more suitable for beginners, tight spaces and scott bicep curls and all other training in the tightest places or in group training.
